Mountain views, indoor swimming pool, and underground parking lot were such a treat. I also loved sipping my favorite beverage at the lobby bar.

Oh, and let's not forget the joy of staying in an apartment with old furniture, moldy walls, and falling apart door handles. So posh!

We had a fantastic stay at the Pm Services Borovets Garden Apartments. The apartment was clean, warm, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The daily cleaning service and toiletries provided were a nice touch. The location was great, just a short 10-minute walk to the main strip and the Gondola area.

The cleaners were regular and lovely. the supermarket right next door was convenient. the PMS transfer was safe and the staff spoke good English and provided proactive assistance when needed. the ski/snowboard rental packages were recommended and affordable. the location was within walking distance to the center and ski rent. the kitchen was well-equipped and the room was cleaned daily. Free parking and additional heaters were provided. We also enjoyed the free table tennis.

Mountain views like no other! I felt like I was in the middle of a postcard, surrounded by majestic peaks. The sight was so breathtaking, it made me forget about all the stress from my daily life. It's as if I had my very own private balcony with nature's own infinity screen.

Spa Centre: After a long day on the slopes, I decided to treat myself to a relaxing massage at the spa centre. The masseuse worked her magic and melted away all my aches and pains, leaving me feeling like a brand new ski champion.

The standard of accommodation was above average for the area. The location was ideal, being a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of town. This meant it was quieter at night compared to staying in the city center. The cleaners were lovely and did a great job.

The beds weren't very comfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. There was some sort of mechanical noise in the room, which started early in the morning and lasted until late morning.

In my recent business trip to Borovets, I had the opportunity to stay at Pm Services Borovets Garden Apartments, a choice made by my director. The private apartments in the Borovets Garden Complex offered breathtaking mountain views, and the underground parking lot ensured the safety of our vehicles. The highlight was definitely the spa center and indoor swimming pool, although there was a surcharge. The facilities were well-maintained and added a touch of relaxation to our stay.

I only found out on arrival that my apt was private and there was nothing reception could do to help with the room.
